Shipping policy

Once an order is placed with payment, Lotus Gallery will contact you once the purchased item is ready for shipment.  Lotus Gallery has the discretion on postal service use for delivery.  All items sent will be sent by delivery company with tracking service, including and not exclusive to Hong Kong post, EMS, SF Express and DHL.  Please contact us directly should you wish to arrange alternative delivery arrangement.
