Return and Refund policy


In case the product received by customer is not the same as which one ordered, customer may return the product to Lotus Gallery for exchange.  

When a product received is found defective and dissatisfactory, customer may also return the purchased items within 7 days from the date you received your goods to exchange for another item.

Before you return the item, please contact Lotus Gallery first to explain the reason to return the product.  Please provide invoice details, relevant pictures (if necessary) and tracking information for parcel to be sent.  Please return to C5 9/F Hankow Centre, 1C Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, and only one-time exchange is allowed.  On-sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged caused from manufacturing. Before returning your item, please check availability of  stock for exchange by sending us an email to 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lotus Gallery, C5 9/F Hankow Centre, 1C Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Hong Kong SAR China 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over US $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
